Life is good when...
...you have your own parking spot at work with plenty of room!
Rooftop parking FTW!

Low enough?

I moved my business a town over to a bigger place. I was more in a residential area before with limited space to park my cars. I now moved to a more commercial area in what used to be a Chrysler dealer. I'm sharing space with the ex-Chrysler people here, and they are just dealing with used cars right now. Whereas I had room for 12 cars in a squeeze, I now have room for probably a bit over 100 cars or so. The space is broken down into three lots, with the roof being able to easily hold about 40 cars in a squeeze, then the other lot on the ground to hold about 50-60, and the third lot to hold somewhere between 12-15 cars. I doubt i'll ever need that much room, but it's comforting to know that I have the room to breathe now.
On the roof, the only way to get out there is from inside the office, but it's a 1 way locking door, so if you park your car there, you have to walk down the ramp to get into the building. Doesn't bother me one bit, but everyone else here is too lazy to walk. Whatever, better for me!

Nah, not much. Just the usual assortment. I'm working on a CL63 now though, I hope to deliver it in the next 2 weeks or so. I've been so busy with the move that I haven't had the chance to keep the deliveries thread alive. I'm almost 100% settled in to the new place, but it's still a little bit bumpy because there's so much to do and not enough time to do it all..
I'll post up some other pics of the new place shortly. I took a bunch, but it was after the last storm, so there will be snow everywhere. The snow is clear for the most part, thankfully..

4 door Wrangler Rubicons are so awesome. I was never really a Wrangler fan before but I just love those.

Yeah the new interior is a win for sure. The old interior was just so dated. Jeep has really stepped things up recently in my opinion. The new Cherokee is really nice too.

Very nice!!! Hopefully you'll get a chance to use all that space and expand your business. It looks fantastic.
Will you be using the service dept. just to prep cars for delivery, or will you have a side shop open to the public?
Again, great move. I like the showroom too.

Humanscale Freedom Headrest.. ![Too Cool](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/toocool.gif)
![](http://www.humanscale.com/imageassets/freedomhead_03_isoblack_med.jpg)
I've had it for a few years now. While pretty darn expensive, it's got to be one of the most comfortable/best chairs I've ever owned. While shipping it to the new office the seat bottom base cracked. Plus with age, and me flipping up my left leg and sort of sitting on one leg caused friction on the seat cushion, making the edge fade/rip (look at the overhead desk pic I took, front left corner of the cushion you'll see some fade). I called up Humanscale to buy a replacement cushion and base, turns out it's still covered under warranty, so they sent me another one free of charge! It was a bitch to change though...But now I have a cushy seat again!
