I have to put plates on my 2001 accord but it only has screws in the back. Do they sell these at parts stores?

Yeah, you should be able to find them... Ask 'em, but they might be with all the "Help" stuff (red packages or misc. stuff).

If you are talking about the front plate screws, here is what you do. You take off the metal brackets/clips where the plate screws into. Take that to Home Depot or Lowe's and trial and error the threads on the sample screw sizes they have on display.
