Exactly why he needs to get a lawyer involved since it seems pretty cut and dry to me. My only guess it most CPO are 2 years old at most. I have seen a few that are 3 years old but not often. He is probably very close to the end of his 3 years for his CPO warranty and they are trying to stall to push him over the edge and then they will just say your warranty is over we are not responsible.
