Agera R. IMO, the Veyron is a trophy car...a SERIOUSLY fast trophy car, but a trophy car nonetheless. The Agera can everything a super-car should do...REALLY well.

I wouldn't have listed the Pagani for this poll, it doesn't compete with the 2 you have now, price or performance.

Sold me.

Interesting observations:
- The paddles turn with the wheel. Just like an Acura.
- That seat belt does not seem intense enough for that intense of a car.

I personally dont see anything special about the design of the Agera...just looks alone. It looks like every other super car out there from McLaren to Saleen. Hell...even Ferrari.

Its just my opinion. But its just a been there, seen that design.

Why? Because it's lower than your MS3?

That is if you could find one for sale. But given these two choices, I'd go with the Agera R. The Veyron is to damn ugly for me.
If you can afford a F1, you'd have bought both the cars in the OP.

Looking at around $5 million when all is said & done to take ownership of a F1 these days.

They've said that for a while now, but the cars are practically built to order now-a-days for the right amount of money.

I'd go with the Agera though, after seeing this one roll out.

This thread has prompted some research on my part, and I was surprised to learn how much people don't like the handling of the Veyron. I can't imagine a hypercar having trouble with anything, much less a corner.

Yes. All about aerodynamics.

I would take the Agera anyday.

Odd...I see the Koenigsegg as a one of a kind, nothing looks like it.

Agera...me wishes...

although, this really depends where you live, no? youd need a lot of space to handle the clutch of a 1000+ HP hypercar (Agera). seems like a no go for DC, LA, NYC, San Fran, etc. In which case, an auto Veyron wins by default.

Heck, the stunt driver in Bruce Almighty was barely able to handle the inner-city streets of Buffalo with a Saleen.

I suppose the practical reasoning of our decision is meaningless for the basis of the question -- Veyron or Agera.

Most of the people who don't like the handling of the Veyron are also mainly idiots who believe the car can't handle to begin with.

The Agera R comes with a 7-speed dual clutch, like the Veyron.

I don't know, Ben Collins didn't seem to like it much when he test drove it on Top Gear.

Key word: most.

Regardless, the car still set one of the fastest lap times, once less than a second behind the CCX, & then less than a second faster. It must handle for some worth.

The Agera doesn't have a clutch pedal.

Remember, according to one of our resident gurus one must have superior ground clearance and aerodynamic mirrors. So your ms3 just may not be high enough

....Chance of shit-storm 80%....

I'll go with the Agera R... I saw one of those BUGatti Veyron's on the road one day, and all I thought is, "My GAWD....it looks like an insect..."

I've only seen a Bugatti in person once and while I liked it, I wasn't in love with it. It seemed a bit bland and something that I was only looking at because I knew it was fast and knew how much it was.

This. So often too.

Q: Choose A or B

A: C + 18 other things that have nothing to do with the question.
