And just like that, I've accepted an offer from a local buyer! She'll be going to a new home soon.

M3 is getting PPI today and being delivered to the new owner tomorrow!
I'll check with the new owner tomorrow and see if he'll be cool with me posting a pic of the M3 getting handed over as a nice conclusion to this whole thing.

These dealerships are putting the "hell" in hellcat! Was going to get one a while back, and the deal was much worse then they told me. Spent the last week or two working a deal on a new 2016 and was about to phone in my deposit after reviewing the purchase agreement and saw it had 7845 miles on it! What. The. F*&K!!!! They said it's still a 'new' car since it hasn't been titled and thought I knew all along that it was a promo car.
Oh well, there's more out there.

On the flip side, I got the PPI done on the M3 for the buyer today. Felt really damn good to see people working at BMW coming outside to check out the M3. Had one of them tell me that's probably one of the cleanest E46 M3s he's seen in a long time.
Then I told them how many miles it has on it.

Feels good indeed. I had a similar experience bringing my S4 to the dealership to pickup some miscellaneous items from the parts department.
I can tell you one thing - keeping a car in a time capsule without having access to one is a lot easier said than done.

What do you think about using the mileage as leverage to get them to throw in one of those ridiculous 10 year 200K extended bumper to bumper warranties.
I'd rather have that thrown in on a car with 7K miles than to have a brand new car for 15 minutes until I go outside and make it a used car and have just the basic coverage.
Just an idea.

Try and contact bob Frederick for your hellcat. See what he can do. He delivers anywhere, known for it.

That was the second hellcat deal to fall apart. Now the first deal that fell apart is now back on the radar. Pretty good deal that I got from the floor manager, so probably getting it the first week of October.

Thanks all!
Drove it home from the beach last night and it even made that boring ride fun. Had to keep myself under control though since I had temp tags on it, but enjoyed the ride back
Heck yeah!
Who do you think drove me to get the car on the way to the beach? She was on-board as long as I sell my motorcycle... which is fine b/c I had already planned to sell it
