Eh any place you take your car to will be bad, there's also a chance they'll be good as well. Can't really paint the whole chain with a broad brush. I can tell you that since they are no longer corporate owned (I used to work for Shell their parent company), the franchisees (a fair amount of them) are all about chasing the dollar and far less about taking care of the customer.

Glad there are news folks who still do that to show there are good and in these cases really bad places. Doesn't surprise me, Jiffy-Lube has had that rep for a few decades now.
Similar story as Sears auto centers in the 90's where they were telling customers their cars needed repairs for components that were OK. California AG went after them.

thats why i stand in the damn bay....if they say your not allowed here i stand right outside the door....not too much they can do with tire rotation/alignment LOL....but am very happy with Firestone and wont go to any other place PERIOD !!!

I used the smiley method to catch my local Acura dealerships not doing any repairs when my car was under warranty. I almost sold my car but after the smiley method i kept it and did everything myself.
