JD Power Ranking 2019, WTF ?
OK, I've not been following the car scene for some years but since when has Honda gone so far down ?
Buick at #4, Chrysler > Honda; Jaguar > Acura - WTF is going on ?????
Does it have something to do with the powertrain change, with Honda ditching iVTEC & switching to turbo-charge ? freaking CVT ?
...and f^k me, GM > Acura
Or is this stat BS. ?

A few factors to consider: a) Honda has slipped a little with part of that being the complexity of cars these days, b) other makes like Chevrolet have picked up their game over the last decade or so, c) I don’t believe the ratings in JDP VDS are weighted average (as in poorly connecting Pandora or Bluetooth being the same as a bad motor) and d) the VDS is now truncated to three years instead of five years now.
I’m sure there are other factors but those are the few that immediately come to my mind.

This is where perception and reality really are not close. And per Aman, welcome to 2019.
I am curious where Alfa Romeo falls compared to the others.
