J32a2 swapped integra vibration?

hey guys I’m new here I have a 2000 integra gsr hatch which I swapped a j32a2 into last year which has been great until a couple months ago when I developed a strong vibration on the floor board and chassis no steering wheel shake or vibration just chassis and floorboard it feels like a flat spotted tire or bent axle. But To start off with this is a j32a2 with a 04 accord 6 speed manual trans HASport mounts insane shaft axles. these are the parts I’ve replaced with no change.

All four wheel bearings, half shaft, both axles, all four tires and balanced struts are new skunk2 full body coil overs new rear trailing arms new stabilizer links all four calipers and rotors I’m legitimately lost guys. It vibrates in 3rd gear and up only it’s a speed vibration not a rpm or neutral vibration I forgot to specify I’m sorry any thoughts guys?

have you change your wheel setup or lug nuts at all? Just to clarify it happens in 3rd gear (or above) with the car in gear ONLY and stops when you push the clutch in or go into N, correct?

3rd gear tranny syncro?

I was thinking engine mounts, but you said 3rd gear only... So, maybe sonewhere in the 3rd gear to shaft linkage?

Don't mind me, IDK, I'm a noob...
