FYI Scrib, my CA doesn't have any 07s left, he said $1400 over invoice for an 08. Just passing the info along.

That's what I'm thinking. It's underpriced when compared to other 335s I've found. Wonder if there is something wrong with it???

Too good to be true? Maybe...but worth a look. A carfax report will tell you all. I don't know what distance there is between where you are in Naperville, but there is a lot of difference between the two(328i and 335i). Keep trying and maybe you will get someone that goes and looks for you. Good luck and keep us updated.

Its not a buyback and it hasn't had any major service issues.
The car actually has quite a few options too. Looks like a decent deal to me.

No sport package, not suer if you care.

I can make a trip out there if no one else is closer. Its about a 25min drive.

I really don't care about the sport package. Done dealing with tire changes in the winter.

I'm trying to figure out what I'd realistically get for my TSX. 19K???

I'd still suggest snow tires even if the 335i comes with all seasons. Huge difference and much safer. Unless you get the 335xi then you can get away with all seasons.

No idea on the TSX, try Carmax to see what they give you. Good starting point or try edmunds.com they will give you an estimate.

How does a dealer decide to certify a car? I'd pay a few bucks more to get the warranty extended... Certified 335is are a rare breed.

So here's the deal...

They will certify the car and basically give me what I want for the TSX. The only shitty thing is finance rates as I don't feel like paying cash.

Oh and my wife is 100% against the transaction.

HELP!

No, she's anti-buying a car period. It could be a porsche and she'd try to veto.

I'm thinking they are...

Seriously though... They'll certify it and would sell it for $37K. Warranty is good through 10/31/12. I'm thinking this is a pretty good deal given the options and the low miles???

And I doubt I can get up there tonight and I know I can't get there tomorrow of Thursday or Saturday... At that price, it won't last long.

Jizzy, go test drive it for me. Andre is the sales dude. Tell him Eric says Hi!

A good deal but not a great one now that the services aren't part of cpo.

Service never has been part of CPO, its a seperate package. Its worth it though considering you get an extra 2 years of maintnence. Just a set of wiper blades for an E90 is $90.

ugh...

Jesal, don't worry about the visit. I've got too much shit on my plate that needs priority right now. If it's still around in a few weeks, great.

I need mid-March to get here ASAP!

But is the deal all that good? The car stickered at just over $45K. They'll sell it for $37K CPO. It already has over one year of the 4-year maintenance program gone.

So 8K of depreciation in 14-15 months?

And it was a dealer loaner. Was the car beat up? Tires in good shape, etc?
