dont get me wrong...some of them know how to do business the right way, i geuss i just have a habit for finding the worse ones possible.

case A: www.elusivemotorsports.com...i order acura TL tailights. i email them at least 5 times regarding my order. no response. every day i try and contact them. finally i contact them and they tell me the order was cancelled because of a database crash and mixup, they ask if i want to reorder and i tell them no. the main problem with this website was their lack of response and communication.

case B: www.tunerboys.com WORST SERVICE IN THE FUCKING WORLD. i win an auction off ebay for an intake. i email them and email them, asking if order has been shipped. they say yes. well a week later i call them and they said they messed up and didnt send it out because someone else had the same FIRST NAME AS ME!!!!. well about 2 weeks ago i called them again, and the guy was nice and assured me it was being sent out. now, unless hurricane RITA destroyed their facilities, i have no received shit, and every time i email or call them I GET NO FUCKING RESPONSE!!!!!


ARGHHHHHHH......wtf is wrong with some people. what ever happened to customer service!! YOUR SUPPOSED TO REPLY TO THE EMAILS OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! GOD DAMN
