good news and bad news.

Good news is I HAD THE BEST FUCKIN TIME!! Wow this beats any drag racing Track racing is def not as easy as it looks! All this talk about which car is faster is means nothing, its all about the driver! My instructor was passing cars left and right in his chipped 1.8t! He was even on stock suspention!
I have a lot to learn but i did ok the first time out. I ran the track for about 20 laps total in my car. My poor brakes and tires were on fire I love that smell!!

Bad news. I started to get a headache by dinner time, it was so bad that my vison was going blurry. I went home and now today i have a fever and been puking. So im missing my track time thats today. Last thing anyone needs is a sick jesal racing next to them.

oh and

Sweet.

Time to look into more track mods... Lots of guys will run a different set of brake pads for track days vs. on the street...

Most forums are geared towards 1/4 mile times, but you've discovered that HP don't mean shit, unless you and your supension setup can handle it.

So when are you going out next ??

Sucks that you're sick, sounds like you got a migraine, especially with the blurred vision and puking.

My buddy took pics, i will have to wait ill he sends me the pics, then ill post them.
I guess membership there is like $25k sign up and $3k a year.

damn. nice job, and congrats on moving on to roadracing

sorry to hear you're sick.

ic N6 is a tricky double-apex with another mild turn right after the 2nd.. that line must have been tough to find.

There was also an NSX tearing it up with the Audi guys. Impressive track car!

The best was that someone rented a caprice and tracked it, that guy was a damn good driver but that poor car...

So much fun, i should have gone today

Sounds like you got dehydrated. Adrenaline, sun, exercise, etc. can do that.

Next time pack some drinks in a cooler (water is best) and snacks or a light lunch. I get headaches if I don't eat all day (and that on a regular boring day)...
