Congrats on the sale. So you got to enjoy a Boxster for a year, pretty much for nothing. Nice.

And the garage thing is a must. I live where a garage is an absolute luxury. My car is in it every night. But when I lived in Europe, I found that a nice carport works just as well. Keeping the sun and most harsh weather off is the key.

Hope you find the house you want, and interest is at an all time low. 15 year fixed is the way to go.
