I Need A Tire Iron

I bought a 97 Acura CL3.0 with custom Enkei rims already on it. I need to change the brakes, but I don't know what kind of tire iron to use. I believe they are an 18" version of the RS6, if that's not exactly what they are. They have four nuts that are inset into what I'm going to call scoops. It looks as though the tire iron would have to be very thin around the edges to fit it between the wall and the nut. Any advice (besides take it to a shop) would be most appreciated. If I get a flat, I'm screwed.

Thanks for responding, guys. It is actually a lug wrench and lug nut key that I need, not a tire iron.
