Paid $22,1XX for the Accord in January. Logged 7600 miles since then
MSRP on the Scat was $42,000
Paid $35,000 minus my trade equity and some money down, difference of ~$150/mo

Very nice move. I never saw this coming, that's for sure. I assume it has the 8 speed auto, yes? Is there even a manual option?
I used used to hate the Charger... thought it was so plain and ugly. But since Dodge figured out the head and tail lights, shiiiiiet, that car's a looker for sure now. I really like Dodge's design language these days.

Bro, it was an Accord Sport, okay?! Honda knows how to put the Sport into their cars. You get like 5 horsepower more over the base engine. If you put high performance tires on the Accord Sport, it will out run the scat pack from 0-260MPH, due to Honda's supreme aerodynamacy. Have you even looked at their mirrors?

Wow.. didn't check in for a couple days....
8spd ZF auto. No manual option in the Chargers. This is pretty much a base Scatpack in that it has cloth seats and no options other than the Scatpack trim.
I'd say that I did pretty well in getting $20,000 for the Accord especially since the 10th gen is about to drop- as well as the resale value of the Accord.
There re isn't one thing that I don't like about this car. Nothing. It's difficult to argue 485hp with 4 doors, kids seats in the rear and a big ass trunk.
The Alpine audio, Uconnect with CarPlay, simply blows the Accords electronics out of the water. Not even a comparison.
Faster than a V? I'll find out once it's properly broken in and I can really start having fun with it.

Also, the 2018 Chargers are on the lots, which is why these are being so heavily discounted. There is no change (that I know of) for MY2018. If anyone is remotely interested, contact Koons Dodge in Virginia. Excellent to deal with

I'm very happy for you. Seriously, not jealous at all. Not one bit. Not even a tiny bit. Like a micron sized jealous. For real. Very, very happy. For. You. What. The. F....

Re: room behind the seats...... this car is large. Yes- way more than enough room. I could probably put a small rocking chair back there for an adult and still have room

Nice. My brother can't decide between a Jeep GC and a Scat Pack. Of course I've been pushing him to get the Charger.
$35k is a steal for that

Look at that giant silver tuna boat. Thing must weigh like 4400lbs. Again, not jealous.

I think I may need to visit the dealer. Something isn't right with this car..... I press the accelerator pedal to the floor- at say, like 30mph- and the rear tires just spin and there's smoke behind me.
