when i had a 00 TL you could angle the HIDS b/c they were set into a box within the headlight.
so i angled them upwards a good way to get more distant on the highways.
i was shining up everyone. people would flash their brights at me at nite ALL the time.
god i miss that car...

The winner for the SUV you dont want to be infront of at night is the Range Rover HSE. Their projectors are directed right at your mirror.
