I swear this is all the rage down here.

It should be illegal to buy rims if you are on food stamps.

^^^ Yes

I am not convinced that is 100% body lift, I think that particular car has some sort of suspension lift in it, it just doesn't look as goofy as a car with only a body lift.

Vaguely, Something about somebody saying when you lower a car, the frame stays at the same height, and just the suspension changes?

Some of them may have some type of suspension lift. I did look at one up close the other day and you could clearly see a gap between the door and the frame.
It was also half painted/half primer, had a busted grill, a tail pipe hanging. All the typical stuff with these cars.

Miami is full of them. I pulled up next to one a few months back rolled the window down, told him how stupid it looked & laughed at him. He didn't do anything. Maybe he didn't speak english.

I went to Orlando with my kids for Thanksgiving week last year. There was a football game between 2 black colleges taking place at the time. There must have been 1000 of those crusing around the city that week...

There's several here in the south. I even saw one about that height except it was an old retired crown vic taxi cab On a side note I saw a Black CL today it was so clean and then I saw the gold grill. The grill was stock except it was colored gold. It hurt my eyes!

Someone in my neighborhood has a white TL-S with copper wheels, the OEM kit, and a bright gold grille. The gold looks completely out of place on it, it looks retarded. If you're on the board, holla at me, I have the ABP TL-S with the OEM kit and chromies!
