I was wondering the same thing but this is BBC. They probably bought the thing outright and filed it as a business expense.

It's also a huge appearance for the company, (I hear Jeremy say they're watched by 250 million people worldwide), so maybe they just gave BBC one and said "Hell, blow it up!" just to prove what the truck is capable of to prospective buyers that may not know it exists.
