I was browsing the great interwebzz..

Searching for the availability of S2000 in India and I found this car forum and I came across this.. Linky

This dude is close to our town in India. I am just surprised at him for driving these cars out there in that crazy traffic and those bad roads. I have gone through pretty much all pages. This guy is pretty cool and he often tell regular forum people to come through for a ride if they are in town...



His latest addition to the stable, an Aston Martin DBS..

And I tried to register not once, not twice but three times and this is the kinda crap they gave me...

probably some short tidbit that the forum is the best or something to help keep bots out from spamming. There are a few rich ballers in India. There's one guy there who imported a 7 series there, paid nearly 150K USD to do it!

^true. Hummers, Range Rovers, ML, Audi suv's, LX470 and Land cruisers are getting pretty common. They are crazy for SUV's too. A 4cyl Accord can cost as much as $42k...

The customs probably are killer.

We used to ship cars to Russia and we got an order for a new G500, customs were 100% of value of vehicle. Same with a Flying Spur.

Wow, this guy's cars are ridiculous. I wouldn't take them anywhere near India's roads.

customs used to 300% when I lived there....i think it is 150% now.
