How do you that??
Ok I want to upload a pic under my name like so many of you guys have but I see no place to upload something like that so my question is how do you do it?

Look on the top of the page, click "Your Account", then on the left side of the control panel, click "edit avatar", find the avatar you want to use, upload it (or link it), and there you have it. The image must meet certain sizing limits though, which you'll see when uploading the image if it's too big or not.
