I spent the weekend at the Grand Prix in St. Pete and had a great time! My seats were at the first corner at the end of the straightaway so I was a great place to watch overtakes and wrecks. If you watched the Grand Prix on ABC yesterday right at the beginning of the race on the first lap when they turned into the first corner there was a big wreck where Marco Andriette's car got overturned and couple other cars got taken out as well. That happened right in front of me. Unfortunately even though I called the wreck before it happened I was too stupid to think to record it. Sorry. I did get some good footage of the Acura World Car Challenge which was pretty much everyone's favorite race.

I loved watching Danica fuck up. She clipped her front wing on the rear of someones car and had to pit for that and that cost her a lot of spots which she wasn't able to recover from. She tried twice to perform a late brake pass maneuver at corner 1 in front of me and failed both times. That shit made my day.

Anyways here's some footage I took of the Acura World Car Challenge, it's a three class race with Vipers, Porsches, CTS-V, Corvettes, TSX, an Evo, Civic SI's, VWs, Volvo's etc. When the race is over the winners pull to the side of corner one and do a some donuts. It's and the end of the video

Watched Indy yesterday, Turn 1 was horrible. Half the race was under caution for almost the first 20 laps Pretty much solely from wrecks in Turn 1. Once the race was underway again, the racers were visibly more cautious through there.

Sucks for Andretti, an entire weekend's worth of hard work gone in the first corner

I enjoyed the battle between de Silvestro and Kanaan (I think) during the tail end of the race. Too bad she couldn't get by.

I watched the race yesterday, the beginning kind of sucked because of the cautions but what can you do? I love seeing Danica Patrick fuck up, she's just media hype that never delivers. For instance, yesterday when I was watching highlights on SportsCenter they didn't even bring up de Silvestros fourth place finish but mentioned Patricks 12th :wtf:. If you're going to support professional women drivers, at least support/mention the one that performed well. I agree, great battle between her and Kaanan.

Kanaan had his black tires on at the time and Silvestros had reds. Very impressive that kanaan could keep her behind him or maybe she's just not that good....

I have a few clips from the F1 race, it's mostly just restarts after a caution. I do like the new double wide format they're doing now after the cautions
