I'd suggest a pair of Auxillary Xenarc HID's - they may fit in place of the fogs.

You can put in a HID kit from a site like xenondepot.com, but the light output wouldn't be great, and potentially blinding for other drivers in front of you.

If you are mechanically incline, you could instead buy HID components and retrofit them into the headlights. Assuming you do the labor yourself, it might even be a cheaper option than getting a HID kit from xenondepot.

I recommend going to www.hidplanet.com/forums . Read up on the faqs, and gain some knowledge.

If you're lucky(and they're still made) an Accord Type R(overseas models) might work. If you can find a JDM importer that has connections to Japan it might be a possiblity. I was concidering doing it to my Accord(94) because they had a Type R headlight kit that would bolt up. but it wasn't worth it.
but as someone else said it's gonna be serious cash
