Help please
I purchased a KPTechnologies HM20 Window Roll up Mode on Feb2nd. It's been 7 days and I haven't had a single response. No response to paypal payment, no response to emails to their addresses on their website, and no responses from them here on acurazine.
Can someone please tell me how I can contact them. I'm a little upset that I paid 54$ and have no word as to whether they received my payment, or when the product will ship, or if they even exist any more.
Please advise. thank you.

OP i have the KP module....if your thinking they are a bogus company they are not....
When i got it back in 2008, they responded very well to my emails thow....but then again am really good with girls

I've never been in touch with KPtech, not even once. With all the post on here, and all the comotion about their product, I just went to their site and bought the HM20. After sending them the paypal payment, I sent them an email to their orders and info email address (from their website) to let them know that I had made a payment. After several days went by with no reply, I hit up kpeirce on here to let them know I had made a payment for merchandise... and still, nothing.

Ordered on 2Feb, finally contacted by KPtech on 9Feb. Hopefully, all is well. At least my order has been acknowledge, and is on its way. I'm not mad at all, I was only frustrated. I don't like slow (7day) response time.
