I have seen a few H22A powered Accords at the track and I am pretty sure the TL-S should be able to take it under most conditions, provided the driver starts in the correct gear (SS) and the TL is in good shape. With the straight swap, most seem to run mid-low 15s at best.
With it being a 60-115mph run, that might lend itself to what stRodda posted regarding the TL's gearing at that speed. I have not driven the TL-S but have driven the TL-P several times and it seems to have respectable pull from 60mph. (...about as good as the 3G TL 5AT)

Yeah that vid seemed kinda iffy to me since looking at the TL-S speedometer they were only up to 80 which is 3rd Gear territory for the TL-S and you can run that out to about 105 at 6500-7000 rpms..I think the TL-S should take it unless he did some internal work which he said he didn't.
