Gumballer's arrested for going too fast..
Remember Gumballers and their exotic rides. They got busted for going almost 100 over speed limit. 1 Bugatti driver got arrested for that. Check out video of Bugatti being loaded on flatbed...

Yeah, that exists, but they can't use POP to write you a ticket because it is not nearly as accurate.
