I don't think some people understand the topic of this thread... it's NOT what YOU think is ugly or just meh... it's about cars that failed in terms of sales

Anytime you can sell 100,000 of any model per year, you've got a winner on your hands.
At it's height, Ford sold more Pinto's per year then Honda Accords were sold last year...

^ But is it a flop? I thought they sold quite a few of those back in the days.... As for the two door tahoe, i dont see them on the road anymore but I remember back in their day it was quite the teen fave, hell i remember saying as a little kid "mommy when I grow up I want a two door tahoe!" Now I just say VTEC or die...

You see a lot of H3s? I think I have seen like 4. With the new gas prices I honestly cant see Hummer being around much longer.

what i see as a flop that had GREAT potential was the Plymouth Prowler... for some reason it never caught on....The potential to stuff high hp, with those looks would have made it a winner.... but no

the CL was a flop for sure both 1 and 2 generations.
The Cobalt SS was a flop, aside from the tuner / performance car portion of the automotive community this car was a flop. I still have yet to see one in real life and i live in bay area norcal and commute to San Francisco alot.

when you say something is a "flop" like a movie... it's in the theaters for one week maybe 2 weeks, 3 at the very most...
when a car is a "flop" it's in production 1-2 years, 3 at the very most... I don't see GM pulling the H3 off the market anytime soon (first year model was 2006). BUT with that said... I don't know why da hell the Aztek was in production from 2001-2005
if anything, they'll pull the H2 LONG before the H3

Drifting
Mazda Millenia - My Dad had one before he got his TL. Was a fantastic car before the supercharger went and it blew oil everywhere.
The Millenia was supposed to be the entry level car for Mazda's luxury division called Amanti but the company failed because of a lack of funds so all of the premade Millenia's were just rebadged as Mazda's. Too bad it never made it, it was a great car. I supposed the lack of any redesign in its 9 year existance did it in.
Acura Vigor - Nice car, just extremely bland looking...

But I do see them... it's not like the Isuzu Axiom or Pontiac Aztek where you can go for weeks maybe months and not see one. Second, there'll always be a market for SUV's (lots of soccer mom's that absolutely refuse to drive a mini van), especially mid size SUV's... Haven't you notice every car maker's focus on this category? 3rd, yes... the gas prices have been going up... but if anything, it'll turn people away from the V8 H2 making the I-5 H3 more appealing...

The Cobalt, i wouldn't quite say flop... but def a dissapointment, isn't it's competitor the tC as for like teen cars?? I'm not too sure about that but I know that I don't see too many cobalts on the roads these days.

Burning Brakes
Fiero was sad. They had the basic equation right, it just need a good product manager. They finally started getting better right at the end. Imagine a generation 4 or 5 Fiero with the new DI turbo in it. Maybe 30K for a midengine targa with 260 hp and maybe 2500 lbs. Boy that would suck. GM...sigh.
