Jdm transmission questions for j30

I've been searching other sites and haven't found any answers and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction here in the group. I have a 03 Accord V6 Auto J30. My tranny was rebuilt 15 months ago and has went out again. So I bought a low mile jdm transmission. I plan on having a shop install the transmission so my warranty will be be good if there are any issues.

questions:

1. Are there any sensors I need from the usdm tranny that I need to put on the jdm tranny? Speed sensor, ect?
2. Do I use the jdm torque converter and flex plate or do I use the usdm?
3. Should I tune the A-B solenoids?

When I drop the car off to the shop I was planning on giving them the following parts new so I know they have been swapped out.
Fluid for a 3x3 flush
3rd gear pressure switch
4th gear pressure switch
External filter

Is there anything else I should ask to have done to the transmission?

Thank you in advance for any help you post. I've always had great responses here on this page for my TL. Hoping to get my accord back on the road soon for the wife.

Maybe i dont know enough about Accord but isnt TSX the JDM Accord?

I didnt know they had J30. I thought they were all 4 cylinders.

I am just wondering if you had bought the same USDM transmission again.

Between 2003 and 2007 the U.S. Honda Accord was sold in Japan as the Honda Inspire, complete with the J30A and the 5-Speed automatic transmission. Unfortunately, as I understand it anyway, the 2003-2005 JDM V6 5-Speed transmission was plagued with the same issues as the U.S. market transmissions. To @fracas, the best transmission for your car would be the 2006-2007 Accord V6 (called the AV6 here-abouts) with the code of BAYA stamped on the side.

At this time I have already bought the jdm tranny. I just need to know what I need to switch over to make it run in my accord. If it fails later down the road I will deal with the issues. At the time I bought the transmission I could not find a 06 07 accord transmission.

He might get an email notification.. who knows

I am still surprised that someone who is going to do a tranny swap didnt do enough research to realize what he bought is the same as the shitty US 5AT.
