I'd really prefer to stay around $35k (which would be the most I've spent on a car by about $7k). I've seen a couple 428i x-drives for sale under $40k. But I really am not that keen on BMWs.
The comment made about the $50k car is really quite true. I don't want to spend that kind of money but that's really where cars I might be interested in owning are these days ...
I'm going to hold out a couple more months until VW starts delivering Golf Rs ... I'd really rather have an Audi S3 Sportback but they won't be bringing that car here. So the Golf R is really all there is that makes me want to switch.
That and I've had bad luck with cars ... If the Focus didn't have all the little things that make me crazy, I wouldn't be getting rid of it.
It looks like I'm going to buy my sister's 2003 Accord so that opens up some options.

What are you, JS+BRZ?!??
Then again, at least you're not passing up an M3.

Well, test drive one...I'm also curious on your impressions to be honest. Not like I'll be strolling over to a dealership anytime soon to try any cars.

A cheap ass looking side vent on BMW is not what I'm looking for.
Maybe it turns you on though, Yummy.

fuck.. I know the hellcat is rated 707 hp and 650 ft lb at the crank.. but at the wheels it has 670 hp and 606 ft lb torque. Such little loss.
Chapter Leader (Southern Region)
I can't imagine they got that efficient.. 707/650 must be super conservative.

ninny indeed

Actually, the pic you put up before had the "sport" or "luxury" badge above it from a Euro-spec version. That's what I was agreeing with. I don't have a problem with the vent.

the hellcat is in the mid-11s on stock tires and mid-10s on DRs.
GTR is still king. Fucking car is a guided missile. Hellcat is a rocket sled.
