I haven't heard much about a G35x coupe, but I would definitely like to see one.

i've heard rumors on an AWD G35c and 350z. i think they'll be released on a similar timescale to that of the rumored SH-AWD coupe that acura will be releasing. it should be an interesting rivalry

that car is already heavy as hell, adding AWD will make it even more so.

Heavy as hell? The G35c is 3442 lbs.. Not light but definitely not heavy as hell.

The CLS is 3500-3600 lbs, which is heavier than the G35c, so I guess it makes the CL a tank.

Both are heavy as hell. For a sports car, the Z is considered a little heavy, the G35c is a porker

The G35c is not a sports car. It's a sports coupe.

I don't know why people keep saying the Z is heavy. It's 3160lbs in the trim I have. That's not terribly heavy at all. Yes, it's not as light as a S2000, but it's lighter than many other so-called sports cars. The GTO for example is a car that's heavy as hell (3800 lbs)

The G35c isn't a sports car. It's a sport luxury coupe, very much like the CL is.

+200 additional for the AWD system would put the AUTO Curb Weight: 3512 lbs. at 3712 without the driver. It'd be 3,486 pounds for stock MT and 3686 w/o the driver, IF and when they offer the AWD w/ MT.

That's a pig of a car. Moreover, what does that have to do with the CLS??

If they made a G35C AWD I would have bought it in a second over the CL-S. Sorry guys, but the VQ35 > J32. Maybe I just like more low end tq. The only reason I didnt go Infiniti is because rwd + Michigan winters = , and the sedan lines do nothing for me.

Your trim has a lot less of the "luxury" amenities that are available in the car. However, I did not say its extremely heavy but it is on the edge of being heavy. The G35c is plain HEAVY and you can feel it in everyday handling. Sure its a "sports coupe" but its about as loud as the Z and the interior isn't much better than a top of the line Z (also harsh as hell on bumpy roads w/sport package). I don't consider the pony cars (aka. GTO, Mustang, etc.) to be sports cars...they are muscle cars. The Z is in the category of the S2000, RX7/8 and boxter cars because it does everything well (speed, handling, etc...).
