thanks for the props guys, it's an amazing car. I took my car to the 1/8th mile drags. No launch control and I beat a few nice cars. One of which was a heavily modded stock turbo 335 xi 6 speed. Pulled hard on it. He beats c63's.
It's such an awesome car. Gets crazy respect from young and old and the hotties love it too
I paid in the mid 60's for it. Still 18 months of powertrain warranty on it. Doing a full fluid flush to make sure all is in working order and in good shape.
Plans for it are midpipe/cat back, 3" intakes, 2012 inlet pipes. All one step at a time as you really don't need faster than this on the street. Then when warranty is up e-tune at same time as intake.

haha yeh I've seen couple of heavy tuned 335i's...But nowhere near the level of a GTR or Porsche 911 turbo stock.
I remember a 997 turbo blowing the doors off my G, like nothing...Absolutely nothing. It was quite sad on my part.

I never like the interior in pics. But in person it's WAAAYYYY nicer and cooler. Actually intelligently designed. The mod list is starting. By my bday next year i'll have a 10 second car woohoo

well I do want to own an exotic car which is quick too....(again this is just future planning)....
was looking at something around 80K and saw (online) couple used 09-10 GTR's for like 70K....05-06 Gallardo's for like 80-85K.....08-09 Maserati Granturismo for 70K....and the only problem the wifey had with the GTR is that, it does not look like an exotic....
when i am spending 80K on a car, i would like people to fucking break necks when they re-check me out....i doubt that happens much with the GTR....it gets lost in the crowd pretty easy....not to say, it breaks away pretty easy too.....

It's a fast car.. a glorified Z. If you want an exotic, buy an exotic. Just don't get butthurt when you get smoked by a Nissan.

it's a very well put together car that wears the Nissan badge. I wouldn't mind one at all. May even be compelling in a few years as a weekend cruiser. I still want a rig first though used '08+ Land Cruiser or '06-07 LX470

got a bit of cool news, my mom wanted to sell her 2001 acura rl now that she got a new car. I offered to buy it, she told me to take it for free so that's going to be my new daily and winter car. Won't have to show up to office in the GTR and gives me the comfort of taking the gtr to 650-700hp level over winter knowing that I have another car to drive in case of something going wrong.

she got herself a jaguar xf 5.0. She barely drives, they have a 2004 or 2005 avalon they use for long drives. My brother bought our parents a lexus ls460 that barely gets driven also for my step dad's 65th bday. What a comfy car wow
