man, interiors are a big deal now! back in the 80s and 90s i remember more people look at the exterior more than the interior. look at the progression of accord interiors. i remember my 88 and 99 accord interiors at the time was fine with me, but now it looks cheap.

99 Accord interior:

88 Accord interior:

08 Accord and 09 Euro Accord/TSX interior:

the Audi interiors don't seem very cohesive to me. Look above, for instance, where the dashboard's console meets the center console. There is incongruity there. Compare with the TL-S below.. the CL Type S also handled this well. NSX, Supra, to name a couple others. They all just flow real nice - that appeals to me greatly and for this reason alone, I like the TL's interior over the regular Audi, even the S8 . Horizontally-oriented ventilation outlets are a must; the vertical-type (with little exception) do not agree with me.

This is stellar:

And plus their interiors are all starting to look the same.

Aside from the RDX and TSX, I'm starting to like Acura interiors (MDX, RL). They're becoming quite avant garde. I just wish they'd start being more luxury (real wood, real metal) and pay more attention to the detailing.

I think the 3G TL does use real aluminum? Whenever I turn the A/C on, the aluminum pieces in the center get extremely cold where the plastic around it remains unaffected?

Not my favorite but that interior is nice. When I test drove it I was grinning from ear to ear. I really like how the multifunctional knob is where your hand would normally rest.

THE 2004 NISSAN QUEST!

JJJJJJJKKKKKK!

How did they come up with this ugly **** anyway? Were they all in a meeting and after hours of debate everyone at Nissan was dumbfounded with what to start with, so the gay artist that does the clay models barged into the executive meeting of Nissan Quest design and said, "I HAVE AN IDEA!" "LET'S MAKE IT LOOK LIKE ALL OUR OTHER CRAPPY INTERIOR CARS! BUT...WAIT...JUST WAIT...HERES THE COOL PART!...WE'LL PUT A PAC-MAN ARCADE CONSOLE IN THE MIDDLE!!!"

But if I was serious it would absolutely have to be the CTS-V and the GT-R....those are some cold/sick/amazing interiors...Maybe I should mod my TL-P's interior after them like people do their exhaust after the G35? lol

And to compare Nissan/Infiniti interiors to Honda/Acura isn't like comparing apples to oranges to me at alll....no its not. It's like comparing dick to oranges.

I'm not a fan of the aston martin dbs's interior...they could change that steering wheel (like previous mentioned by some smart folk)...it looks like the steering wheel from my grandmas ford taurus...kinda as if the airbag was too big and they had to jam the dang thing in there so its bulging out....Even if Michael Schumaker was drivin that aston he'd have to take a turn like a school bus driver...now just visualize that...yeah...it sux...

It is, I should've said with the exception of the TL. But on the RL it's fake, and the door release pulls feel flimsy because of it. Not to mention it looks fake, which really bothers me about the fake aluminum crap that Honda keeps putting in its cars. But other than that, the RL's interior is a very nice place to be.
