it really depends...
i mean obviously its rice if the exhaust tip is about 8 inches in diamater and is hanging out of a 91 civic hatchback, with big white rims

Take a look at the factory exhaust tips on any late model Acura and that should answer your question. There are always bad ones, but when done right, they can look good.
