Ep3moschini The noob

Id just like to say hello, and im happy I have found this forum.

I used to own a 2005 Honda Civic Si and loved it, BUT It ended up getting totaled and I was in need of a new car, I found a Beautiful 2001 Acura TL for the right price, So I'm going to be picking that up this week.

Here are some pics of my EP3 pre and post accident, More pics will be added of the TL once I get it

After the Accident "BTW, I was hit by a lady on her phone"

Welcome to the forums

Sucks about your Civic. Post pics of your TL. No doubt you'll be modding heavily

Nice bro, not a fan of the 7th gens but I do admit they have some MEAN engines in them, I've seen some crazy pulls on those. Welcome to AZ it's a great forum ever since I joined I gained like 20lbs for being on here non-stop and trying to mod it like crazy. How much were the headlights?

no sir, no jdm housings here

list of JDM parts ( i know of)

JDM spoiler w/ backup camera
JDM bumper w/ fogs (99-01)
JDM Badging (Honda Inspire, Honda Saber, 32V)
JDM Grille (Saber or Inspire)
JDM Door sills (Saber or Inspire)

and of course the rest of the interior goodies n such..

but your not new to Honda.. so you shouldnt have trouble snooping around the photo section and spotting this stuff out.. and of course... if you have questions... search first... ask questions later.

we're here to help.
just dont get all ricey on us

why thank you! well what im really looking for is a VIP/BIPPU look, Im searching hard for lips/bumpers but no luck, seems like this car is left out of the aftermarket lol

Im considering a grill on ebay right now, 199.99 + 50.00 shipping, I dont know the going rate on them but I was expecting it to cost more than a civic but not that much. I hate the Mugen grill so thats out, and mesh grills are not my steeze

you can still buy lips at the dealer if you hurry... they are running out as we speak...

JDM bumpers are once in a blue moon or if somebody does have one they wanna roll it up like a taco to send it

buy the saber grille... its a vertical themed grille opposed to paying for the inspire grille which is the same grille with an H...

and about aftermarket.. yea theres not much.. and what there is out there is hard to find..

but straying too far from OEM parts with this car can be a touchy subject.. the car looks superclean when done right even with OEM exterior upgrades....

use acuraoemparts.com to get part numbers..

and yes they wont have the right color in the lips for a full kit.

a lot of people are having to purchase then paint.. i painted the front and rear lips on my car, they came white and green from the dealer...

as far as the grille... good luck and a lot of searching lol.. thats how i got mine...

You can get the "value sports" kit for like 4-5k if your all about the VIP look. Otherwise you have the option of all OEM or OEM front, sides, and Wings west rear, or just the wings west kit. Personally I think OEM with Wings West rear looks best if you can't afford or find the value sports kit (which is most of us on here). I say this cos the rear apron lines up better with the side skirts than the OEM rear does.

Welcome to the nuthouse btw

That is not the value kit, the value kit is here:https://acurazine.com/forums/showpos...56&postcount=6. That kit he showed you is the "prototype body kit" from Ronjon for the 02-03 guys.
