You know that rims come in VARIOUS bolt patterns. They dont make a rim with only one bolt pattern. If so you would never have any choices on rims. Also I maybe wrong, but if I remember correctly drag rims were on the same level as Rotas. (ie shit rims) I could be wrong though.

every 17 inch tire with a reasonable width in relation to the wheel size will fit..

there are literally tons of options.

you need to provide the correct info. (wheel width & offset, type of car, lowered or not) etc.

Rockstar you CAN NOT be a true car guy.. You cant even give the poor kid his tire size from him saying what brand, model, and height his rim is.. PFFTT

just as I suspected! OP im going to go out on a limb here and say that the tire width is either 7" 7.5" or 8". Not if it is off a honda or something similar i would got with 7".. The best way to know for sure, it to use this really cutting edge tool, that happens to be crazy EXPENSIVE (because its so rare and cutting edge.. Ok here goes ( Its a trade secret so please dont share this with anyone) its called a TAPE MEASURE! you didnt hear it from me.. I dont want death threats for letting you in of this secret!
