So the supercharger kit is gonna be for the first gen CL? Sweet...hehe

Why didn't you guys just try a turbo on that car tho, it looks like too much fancy fabricating to get all the belts to work right on the s/c.

most of that was direct bolt up from the 350z kit. A turbo would be nice but considering the shop gets great deals though vortech you can't go wrong

Ah ok. should have caught that it was a kit. It still looks complicated (READ: unreliable).

6psi turbo > 6psi s/c

So when you do something for the first time do you usually try cut install prices since you know its going to be difficult for the first time. Or do you tell this customer that you might be out more money because the effort that goes into something like this.

Just curious

oh yeah awsome man !!

we cut the costs down alot, because we do realize it's the first time for this install and it will bring us more business in the future.... i have personally called the customer 2 times a day to let him know whats going on with the car

fastest, I'd be really careful about F/I on that engine if I were you. The procharger system on the 350Z's has already blown numerous engines. the motor has quite a few weak links it seems.

goodluck though.

it was a flaw in the ATI setup. The VQ motors have proven to withstand 350+whp daily driven and a few over 400whp on stock internals. This I know b/c I know some of the owners of these cars, and of course I own one myself, but not quite 350whp yet but close
