I was taking friends home after clubbing the other night around 3am. I was at the left turn lane with another car beside me. (two left turn lane).
She was on the left and i was on the right.

Left turn light went on, and i went ahead in a normal speed making the turn, and from my side mirrors, i saw that car just heading towards me and Scratches my Quarter Panel, leaving me a long dent.
I stopped right away after the turn, and get off the car right away. That vehicle just drove by slowlyyyy, stopped for about 10 seconds while i was looking at the damages, then she took off.

She didn't took off fast, so i went in my car, speed and stop in front of her. She just stayed in the car and not get off.
I walked towards the car and she rolled down her windows and ask me ""what's wrong?"".

No offense to any korean or ladies reading this.. but they just pissed me off so bad. They are the worse korean that i ever met. But i kept calm and asked for information (insurances and stuff). They refused at first, then give them to me after i called the cops in front of them
She just kept saying...
1) "I think it's your fault" (but why will i want to go after them if it's my fault. lol)
2) "You didn't turn on your signal lamp" (Yes, I did.)
3) "There's only one lane for left turn" (I looked at her at this point and start shaking my head.. She should have come up with something better..)

So, i found out that it's a rental car from Enterprise and the driver driving it, is not even on the rental agreement AND with an international driver's license.
In the end, no police was involved, because i got to have their information before they come, so i called back 911 to tell them it's solved.

I just contacted the enterprise and my insurance to set up the claim.
What a month!! I just got my rear bumper fix because i got rear-ended by an old man. Now, my car's going to the shop again. ==
Maybe i should have just let them leave the scene and get their license plate and report it as HIT and RUN??

Anyway, just want to ramble a bit on it.

I still always say that you should get a police report for accidents if you plan on getting insurance companies involved.

I actually did call the cops when they keep denying and giving me attitudes.

The police operator asked if anyone's injured and i replied Nope. And he told me to just get the insurance information and such only. ==

And i did call AGAIN, when they refuses to give me their information. (but police didn't showed up) and they ended up giving me what i needed.
