So a 650i xDrive is as fast as an M5 and an M6 but slower than a a couple of M cars (3 & 4) and an X5 M! 4.3 to 60 ain't too shabby

A drag race between all Ms would be interesting after seeing those numbers

Those are just numbers.
If you care about 0-60 #s, 650 RWD is about mid 4s and low 4s for Xdrive with a good driver who knows how to launch. For us average drivers we can hit high 4s or Low 5s.
M5 are in the high 3s
1/4 mile 650 is around 110mph and M5 is over 120.

and your point is your numbers are more accurate than BMW's numbers?

Maybe, maybe not but 0-60s are never accurate indication of how fast a car is.
But my numbers are not advised by BMW's marketing team, that is for sure.
The 650 is fast, probably faster than 95%+ of the cars the road. My point was 0-60s between all those cars is not a good measurement of how fast the car is.
That s all.

i care about 20-90, which is from the moment i get on the FWY on ramp to when i let go the gas pedal
But either way 650 is a rocket at pretty much any speed.

Incoming!!!
650i xDrive, black interior, M Sport pkg., Driver Asst. pkg., Luxury Seating pkg., Electronic Damper, contrast stitching, 19" M Sport wheels. Will have it by the end of this week.
EDIT: So I wasn't going to purchase new and this one is new, albeit a 2014 new with very few miles. It is being sold $20K less than sticker just to get rid of it which is near equal to a new 640 similarly equipped 2015 car. For $1200 more I get a 650 with nicer leather (Nappa vs. Dakota); HUD, Driver Assist package and a few other differences. It is a no-brainer then since I'll be getting a new car warranty from date of purchase. I found a used similarly-equipped 650 with 9K miles for $3K less than what I'm paying. I didn't think I wanted a 650---until I drove it!!

Thank you everyone! I actually got another $600 off the price so it's $600 more than a new 640, again, no-brainer. Going to try and get it later today or possibly tomorrow. I'll post up a bunch of pics.

Only tint for now, maybe wheels in the future who knows. Probably ought to look into a good clear bra (XPel Ultimate PPF seems to be the choice). Speaking of wheels, I saw some bangin' wheels on an i8 at the dealer, looked awesome in person.
I pick the 650 up on Thursday. I haven't had a new car since 2007, I figured I was overdue.

HREs. I actually sat in an i8 when i dropped off my car for service this morning. It was very difficult to get in.
No black kidney grills and Carbon fiber lip trunk spoiler for the 650? They are pretty much the Standard add on equipment now on all White BMWs
