Codes p0137 and p0139

Figured I'd put this up here since this isn't really a tsx specific problem... and I don't know where else to put this lol. Thought this place would get more looks.

Basically, I installed my weapon R headers this past weekend. I have a magnaflow high flow cat welded in to where the test pipe should be.

At first, I thought I installed it wrong. I put the first o2 sensor in without a defouler, and the rear o2 sensor I put a j pipe with the defouler on the o2 sensor. After several runs, it seemed fine until I was heading home to which threw my Check Emission System light on. After going home, I discovered that my friend forgotten to tighten the bolts connecting the cat to the exhaust. -_- Not sure if the exhaust leak was the one that threw the codes. So what we did was put the defouler on the front, and just the j pipe in the back while tightening up the bolts. CEL light went out instantly and was fine for 100+ miles. Now the light came back on recently, and threw a p0137 and p0139, something about a low voltage. (side note: the light came on after I filled up my tank to FULL with Shell 91. I've been filling half tank for at least 3 weeks, so I just thought it was weird when it came up right after i filled it to max...)

The guy I bought it from said He had the defouler in the rear on the j pipe only, so I reverted back to the way we did it the first time. Code was still there when start up, but we cleared it for now using his scanner. Should the light come back up if the problem still exists?

Could it just be the o2 sensor got dirty? Is there anyway to clean that? I read contact cleaners can be used, but unsure of this.

Cliffs:
-Installed headers with high flow cat
-Check Emission Light came on after several miles.
-Exhaust leak may have caused it or not. Changed set up, put defouler in rear with j pipe
-ran fine for a while, light came up again.
-Code p0137 and p0139 ran up, something about low voltage.
-Switched it back to the original set up, defouler up front, j pipe only in rear.
-Cleared codes using scanner.

Will code come back if problem still there?

Not sure what to do next if the problem comes back... Probably replace o2 sensors, but that's the expensive route....
Or just shove the oem parts back on and sell this shit.

You already sorted this, but the first 02 sensor is mainly for mixture. Putting a defouler on it isn't a great idea.

With BMW's I have read all kinds of issues with high flow/after market cats. It seems I'm lucky that mine have even been working for 6 months.
