Umm pretty Ricey from the rear. Great way to ruin a awesome car.
|
that thing is clean in terms of not dirty but damn ugly from the rear
Edit - just looked at the pic again, and damn they ruined a nice car. That wing looks like you took it off a plane, the holes in the rear bumper, the 'vents' on the sides of the bumper, and the huge dished chrome looking wheels are terrible |
...but is it fast?
|
Sorry, that's the worst NSX I've ever seen
I respect the work put into it, but might have well gotten a civic and put the same kit on it. |
i bet the front is sick tho
|
There should be laws against this type of thing
|
I like it. Looks similar to a JGTC car. Maybe you guys are mad cuz he has a race car :)
But doesn't it have the power to back it up? https://encrypted-tbn1.gstatic.com/i...MqSPQD9aolzv-8 http://www.racingmodels.com/ekmps/sh...;2]-1659-p.jpg |
I guess "clean" is in the eye of the beholder. Clean avatar though :D

This picture pose is the equivalent to fist pumping in the club and/or saying "yolo"

so that's what happens when you can buy everything they make for a car.
|
Does anyone have a clue? That is not a ricey kit, but rather a pretty legit Sorcery JGTC-inspired widebody. If you don't like it, you have no hope.
|
That's great it's based on the race car. Still not my thing for a street car

I give the owner props for pushing the envelope. These aren't just random pep-boy parts gentlemen.

I think the kit looks great. More pics?
|
The front is ballin but that rear looks tragic. legit race kit or not, ricey it still looks.
|
sure it looks like the race car....
but it has no need to live like that on the street cause its not using any of the aero tricks and what not. Unless it is basically a track car and he used it for a photoshoot then props, but otherwise, not my thing.... |
I guess I'm in the minority... but I like it :dunno: . At least it's different from most kits out there and I like that he took inspiration from the racing version. I think black wheels would look better, but overall... not bad.

ugly is as ugly does. if the original NSX rolled off the lot like that, i wouldnt like it. im not a purist or anything, i like many of the things people do to their NSX's to enhance the looks and even performance.. just not this one. and chrome has never been on my list, no matter the car. opinions are like assholes! all day. https://i177.photobucket.com/albums/...nsxresting.jpg |
Me gusta
|
It would be hard to make the argument for a track car with those wheels. :2cents:
|
I don't care what anyone else says. That's one of the ugliest NSXs I've seen.
|
Car looks ricey .. I think it's the wheels & color.
Had the paint been white with more track ready wheels it would look like sex. Don't forget the stickers that add hp, too. |
I like it.

I'm not sure why people constantly think that "shiny" wheels are chrome. They are forged polished wheels. Opinions are opinions... not a big deal. I think the kit is pretty awesome, but then again I'm a huge fan of JGTC. Many people are not even familiar with JGTC or like the super-safe look (similar to the pic you posted above). Hell, my NSX has that "safe" look, but I do appreciate very aggressive kits. |
Previous look...(when was a work in progress)
http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6163/...826aef5e_b.jpg And inspiration.... http://jonsibal.com/bpimages/superGTNSX_28.jpg |

How can it NOT be polarizing? It's a radical departure from the original and the costs involved have nothing to do with aesthetics. It's extremely well done. There should be no debate about that. But I don't agree that we all have to like it. |
the bumper cut out looks weird. Should have added some black mesh to hide it. But besides that I would rock that. Shoot he has an NSX. I only have an Accord... for now. :)
|
I bet it turns heads whether people like it or not.
I like it...but then again everyone calls me ricey. |
"rice" is too loosely used, especially by alot of people who really can't appreciate the engineering of purpose-built kit. Hence my position that some people have "no hope."
|
If it was a dedicated track car, then I would totally get it. As a street car, however, I think it's utterly ridiculous. I guess I have "no hope."
