As soon as CLovis showed up, I was trying to figure out if someone started talking about guns in this thread, or something.

Thank you very much everyone. I'm still trying to get used to the new lens. I think I overdid it on the editing though
Tamron 10-24 f3.5-4.5. Its awesome and rather inexpensive.
I know, I know. I hope to get a BBK this Spring. Maybe. Hopefully.
DAMD makes some quality parts, but that kit in particular should have been aborted before it hit clay modelling.
Thank you kind sir.
Even better!! I could get one on the cheap and swap my stuff into it! Ive been looking around, but Im in no rush to get into an Accord - if I get into an Accord. I can never make my mind up, I just know I want something with a bit more space that will still surprise people. I've really been considering leaving Hondas entirely though
*Checks VA DMV, plate is available

Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
This car has so much aftermarket support I am jelly. I was looking at modified magazine today and the entire magazine was just about this car. They had a sema section with about 30 new parts just for this car.
They did a mod comparison with frs vs civic si to see which car took to mods better. They used same mods on both car(tires, wheels, suspension, etc). The civic took slightly better to the mods since it has more room for improvement. Both cars were putting down similar lap times and lateral g forces. The frs was only faster in a few tight turns. The civic had no front sway bar which affected tire scrubbing and the lsd also. If I remember correctly the civic shaved about 4.5 seconds and the frs was around 4 seconds per lap.

Grimmspeed Hood Struts Installed
Before with ugly hood prop:
After with nice, new struts:
These struts are really nice because Grimmspeed actually put thought into the design. This hood is really light, so letting gravity take over when closing (letting go when its around hip height) is the best way to shut it. The other hood strut kits on the market don't allow that due to the angle of the struts, so you have to push on the hood to get it latch - risking a dent. This allows you to close the hood just like stock.
They shipped them with little gold tags with the Grimmspeed logo on them, Im not sure if I want to put them on though.
Modifications As of 2/2/2013
- Grimmspeed license plate relocation kit
- SolarGard Ultra Performance 60 (front), Ultra Performance 40 (rear)
- Clear bra covering bumper, hood, fenders, behind each wheel, a-pillars, trunk opening, gas door, and mirrors
- FR-S emblem removed from trunk lid
- Volk CE28N-L 18x8.5 +44mm wheels
- Rays locking lug nuts
- Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec 225/40-18
- WC Lathewerks Stainless Steel Piston shift knob
- Morimoto RetroQuik projector retrofit kit w/ 5000k bulbs
- Nokya Yellow high beam bulbs
- Subaru Homelink Mirror
- Fortune Auto 500 coilovers
- Perrin Lightweight Crank Pulley
- Perrin Polyurethane Shifter Bushing
- OEM Mud Gaurds
- Five Axis Design trunk spoiler
- eBay 1.5" antenna
- Visconti Stage 1 RaceRom (currently v1.05)
- Airaid Air Intake Kit
- SRT Catted Header Back Exhaust
- Toyota Clear Sidemarker Lights
- Chrome Turn Signal and Marker Bulbs
- BPS Short Shifter
- Crawford Air/Oil Separator
- Unknown Brand Fender Bolts

Ive got an Odyssey PC680MJ that will be going into it, Im just waiting to get a battery tender before tossing it in. Its 15lbs, but the stock battery is around 30-35lbs. The CCA on the 680 is about half what stock is, but it should still be good since this car won't be run in weather below freezing.

I saw this at C&C yesterday morning. Know anything about it? Had NC dealer plates.
And the blue BR-Z with CF goodies showed up as well. The fitment of the hood and trunk looked great.

Dem swirls!
The flat blue one Ive never seen. I like the lip kit though. And Id probably get the trunk if the lip was flared up a few degrees more. Oh, and if it weren't $800. But mods on the FR-S are going to be very slow this year as Im focusing on building another car Just gotta part out the CL and all the J parts.
