Quick snippet of what launch control sounds like:

It's a little anemic sounding...I kinda want to address that. I'll work on getting another video or two launching the thing. I launched tonight at about 4500rpm and it moved out pretty damn quickly. I was very impressed.

Is this like the GT-R where you have 10 launches and then the car automatically gets traded to carmax for a camry?

I finally fixed it. Fixed what you ask?? That stupid fucking volume knob that doubles as the power button. In the normal OCD position, it's here:

But when the girlfriend decides to change the volume, it looks like this:

So I got some vinyl to cover it:

Best mod yet.

Unfortunately that's the way it fits on the screen. It's a bit short at the very top. I'd rather that then scratches like @Yumcha s hooptie

That motherfucking volume knob is the bane of my existence. I haven't touched it in literally months just so that it stays in the OCD state. I've told my wife she's not allowed to touch it.

It surprises me that German people aren't jumping off of bridges due to this knob.

this is too funny.

I carpool with a buddy and end up driving his truck to my building, if his knob (:theghey: ) was like this, I would turn it a single notch each time without saying anything.

It's literally the worst part of this car. Even if the turbo took a giant dump, it would pale in comparison to the volume knob issue.

If you can punch out more of those vinyl sticker things to cover up the stupid knob and offer them for sale worldwide, you could probably make millions, billions maybe.

In future news, Costco was found brutally murdered by his carpool buddy.

I would, but I didn't make them. They're from Badge Skins:

https://www.badgeskins.com/store/p63...ckout_set.html

They also sell a protector for the starter button to keep the finish from flaking off, but it's kind of a bitch to apply without getting bubbles.

I picked up the start button protector from badgeskins right after I bought the car. I saw people had issues with their start button getting scratched over time.
