Three Wheelin'
My CL had 3.2 on the back. I ripped it off real quick. My old Civic and Prelude didn't have any displacement badge on it. I preferred it that way.
Any real enthusiast already knows what is under the hood of a car. There is no need to announce it to the world with a plastic, stick-on badge.
Im with chill_dog, all badges get ripped off the car. Everyone knows what the car is, and for the few that dont, I like to keep them guessing.

You already have one. I looks either like this

or like this
.
I am definitely impressed by all the BMW owners I get behind. Also, I will never buy a car that doesn't have a dealer name glued on it.

Except, of course, that I don't do that in every thread I'm involved in. But never mind that, you seem to have an issue, let it all out.

Perhaps, but I'll try to exercise some restraint and practice better netiquette from here on out regarding this thread.

Have you guys noticed cars that have badges that show off motor size such as 2.5, 3.5, VW 2.0, Hemi 5.8 are usually excellent and something for enthusiasts like us. I think its an insider thing that car makers do to tell us " we are proud of the motor in there and will show it to everyone". I literally love my 2.5 in my Mazda3, and happy to have the 2.5 badge in the back. From now on I think I will only buy cars have engine badges.

I thought everyone was just putting on big covers.

Plenty of room for all kinds of badging on the Lexus IS-F engine cover. Although maybe they should instead put on a warning not to remove that cover, unless you want your brain to overload trying to make sense of this:

I think I see some badges! Or at least labels.
Oh, and "Badges? We don't need no stinkin' badges!" Someone had to do it.

You don't wanna start an engine cover debate on an Acura forum...
2012 TL:

Maybe not an engine cover, but I hate how everything is covered in plastic. Such an underwhelming sight when you open the hood. I want my engine bay to show everything in a functional way.
