Im with chill_dog, all badges get ripped off the car. Everyone knows what the car is, and for the few that dont, I like to keep them guessing.
I do this to all my cars with badges! I don't need no badge reminding me or telling people what's under my hood.

So what if you happen to buy a Civic with no badge, you going to put a HEMI 5.7 V8 or VTEC on it to make you feel better?

I am definitely impressed by all the BMW owners I get behind. Also, I will never buy a car that doesn't have a dealer name glued on it.

Absolutely, at the same time do we need to hear you say you have an m5 in EVERY thread you post in?

We got it the first time.

Except, of course, that I don't do that in every thread I'm involved in. But never mind that, you seem to have an issue, let it all out.

Perhaps, but I'll try to exercise some restraint and practice better netiquette from here on out regarding this thread.

Maybe I should throw a 2.3 badge on my MS6 and it'll give me like 10+ HP? Or better yet a Porsche 911 "Turbo" badge! :race:

^Each sticker adds at least 10+ HP. I think badges usually add around 15 or so.

I thought everyone was just putting on big covers.

Plenty of room for all kinds of badging on the Lexus IS-F engine cover. Although maybe they should instead put on a warning not to remove that cover, unless you want your brain to overload trying to make sense of this:

I think I see some badges! Or at least labels.

Oh, and "Badges? We don't need no stinkin' badges!" Someone had to do it.

You don't wanna start an engine cover debate on an Acura forum...

2012 TL:

Maybe not an engine cover, but I hate how everything is covered in plastic. Such an underwhelming sight when you open the hood. I want my engine bay to show everything in a functional way.
