Sounds about right... dealers screw people... no news there.

Your friend should have gotten a carfax from the dealer right then and there. Any dealer will give you one if asked.

Check your PM. DroppedTLnR6

well it appears autocheck defines "unlimited" as 25 reports in 60 days. I just tried to log in again and now I get this window asking me to verify that I am not using the reports for commercial use., and if they determine that I used these reports for commercial use, they can charge me 19.99 for every report I ran. They also want my phone number and everything because I have exceeded 25 reports. I bought UNLIMITED reports, but now they want to give me problems because I went over 25. Talk about false advertisement.

Should I gives these guys my phone number?

thanks again man! BTW... I think UNLIMITED means UNLIMITED! that is some BS right there... Why not call them... there is no way they can prove it wasn't for personal use (which it is), you just personally have alot of friends!

yes i have heard of this happening its a way to get more money out of you which is bullshit in my opinion. Just call them up and tell them its bullshit and you were just interested in alot of different cars thats all they need to know.
