There is a car show at Nu Image July 28th, it is called "lite up the Nite" and starts at 7pm. I'm not going but I figured some of you guys in Va would want to go.

Yea, I djed NuImage's show last year, pretty small, abour 30 or so cars, all local teams, not bad if since its free to watch, 5 bux to show, but yea way too many ricers.

 

i'm guessing they are trying to something like a hot import night. They will have a DJ and stuff. I'm guessing every car there will have a Neon light kit on their car.

 

Well it's outdoor, so its sorta like a hot import night concept, this is the 3rd year they have done since the shop has opened,not bad for free if you have nothing else to do. The owner of the shop, Norris is top 5 in the NIRA pro circuit. 11 second all motor integra.

 

There is also an event the same day at 75-80 dragway in fredrick, md, all day show and race, with the national maxima meet there, so I will be surrounded by 300 maximas, but lots of shows/events in the next month.

 

yeah norris is a big name racer but i also hear he is a cheater. I've talked to another local big name racer, and he claims to have seen norris cheat by removing the weight plates and reinstalling them after the run.
