This is the guy that had the wheel locks on the car and moved it. Started war with the HOA and the company that ticketed parking violators isnt it?

Have you heard of "Rhino Liner?" Its stuff that is applied in the bed of pick-up trucks to maintain a rugged look. Google Image search is your friend.

While I understand his frusteration at getting scratches and door dings from inconsiderate bastards, this is kind of like fixing your scratches by sanding your car. And leaving it that way.

I give the guy credit but I don't see this as catching on any time soon.

I must be the only one who thinks this is freaking cool!! Serious.

People go crazy over matte black cars, whats the real difference here? Besides maybe added weight?

i think its like giving up your value of trust from others.

it's like ripping up all the grass on your property because you are fed up with neighborhood dogs pissing on your grass. you leave yourself with an ugly property of dirt.

who really is the winner in this scenario??

yea matte black paint which is smooth and looks good. This is bedliner which is bumpy and heavy and fucking ugly to put on your car. haha

not a bad idea, but he shoulda done it in black, and bedliner on an audi doesn't really work, especially a modded lowered one with wheels and a bodykit.
and the wheels

added weight FTL

I don't think it looks too bad myself though it would work better in black.

He should have done black, I've seen a few jeeps with it, and it looks pretty good.

i don't think it looks that bad. Probably looks a lot bumpier and weird in person though. From the pictures, it could almost pass just as primered, until you get closer. The bumpy wheels are hilarious.
