Car clicks, won't start
I'm driving a 94 Camry right now. I tried starting it and it wouldnt start, no sound at all so I thought it was a dead battery. After about 3 more tries, it seems like the battery power came back and now when I crank it, it clicks fast and continous as if something is loose in my engine.
All my roommates are sleeping, does it just need a jump?

sometimes. if in doubt, tap the alternator w/ a hammer then try and start. If it works, replace alternator.

Also, see if the battery symbol is on in the dashboard. If it is and the battery tested okay, replace the alternator.

could be 3 things
1. dead battery. when you turn the key and all of your lights dim at the same time, it could be the battery. if there is enough juice it will click.
i would check to make sure the connections on the battery are tight, if they are not real tight, when you turn the key everything may go out not just dim
2.bad starter. if the lights do not dim much and it clicks, it could be an alternator. hit it with a hammer to engage or disengage the selenoid.
if the battery went dead it could be the alternator. i would check if the belt is tight. if it isn't it may just need to be tightened(but when the motor is cold you would have noticed by the screaming)
last but not least......... the timing belt.
i think you have a non interference motor. if it has been a while since you have had the timing belt done, it may be time.
when the timing belt looses some of the teeth and the gearing is on the section that has lost the teeth it will spin.
the car will sound like you are cranking a gas snowblower with electric. it will sound like it is just spinning and kind of cranking also but not start.
one free thing you can do is, take the alternator and battery and starter if you feel like doing all 3 at once, to auto zone or advanced auto to have them test them all. if they are fine then you know that they are not the problem. then i would check the timing belt

Dead battery.
The starter solenoid goes to engage, draws voltage down too much so it disengages, no voltage is being drawn(now that it has disengaged) so it attempts to engage again, repeat...
