Camaro SS, Challenger SRT8 or Mustang GT Vert
So if you had your choice...
SRT8 is an 09 with 3000 miles. Black on black 6 speed all options including Nav
Camaro 2SS is a 2010 with 1600 miles. Victory red with tan interior...all options but no nav
2011 Mustang GT convertible with 3100 miles Triple black with appearance package nav and all goodies inside
All about the same money
What's your pick...looking hard tomorrow

If only the Mustang wasn't a convertible.... not a huge fan how convertibles drive in general. Now, cars that were designed from the outset to be convertibles/roadsters, e.g. MX-5, S2000, Z4M.... they're good in my book.
SRT8
SRT8

Mustang hands down....however the vert is a deal-breaker.
However I did vote Mustang in the poll.

You know what I voted for.
But seriously the Mustang is probably the biggest bang for the buck. When I see the Camaro, all I think of is Transfomers. The SRT8 looks so overweight. And Mopars just have too many electrical gremlins.

I vote for the Stang. More so because it's a convert! Plus it's triple black

The Mustang options sound good, but I still love the Camaro best.

I voted "Camaro" and wish I had the option to vote for the Chally, too.
Mustang 'vert is for girls. The 'vert is an absolute deal-breaker in this car.

Camaro, just because it isnt a vert. If you can find the stang with roof id go that route.

That was uncalled for...
Of course I put in my Mustang vote but my vote shouldn't matter...Go out and drive them and find the one that suits you best.
Can you live with the Challengers size? (Definitely bigger than the others)
Can you live with the Camaros rediculous trunk opening and sub par interior?
Can you live with the awesomeness that is the 2011 Mustang 5.0?
Seriously though, drive them all, for at least 30 minutes each. In traffic and on the highway and decide which one suits your style best.

My first Avatar....
Stang is the best car by far as far as handling, performance and interior. HOWEVER....beware the 6MT.

Someday, an RS6 Avant+
I like the presence the Challenger has. I've never been a Mustang or Camaro guy, but the SS is quite nice.

Do the mustangs have a history of bad 6 speeds?

While i would love one, this will be a daily driver and I just haven't looked at the Vette that way.

you mean, you dont know that the challenger is a pig?
the challenger is slow.
lighten it a bit, and it might be able to hang with the other two cars....well, considering you're thinking about the vert....
that one might be heavy as well.
and yes. the Mustang's tranny was built in china.
Some are holding up and some are having trouble.
research this.
there is a lot of talk about these chinese made trannies.

I think I have to eliminate the Mustang for several reasons...that leaves me with the Challenger and the Camaro.
Just typing out loud here...
Cons -
Challenger
1. Steering wheel design (looks typically Dodge)
2. Fuel economy - a bit less than the camaro (but not a deal breaker)
3. Performance - listed 0-60 at 5.3 seconds vs camaro at 5.0
4. Black - looks bad@$$, but hard to keep clean
Camaro
1. No navigation - this may be a deal breaker
2. Tiny trunk - probably more like trunk opening
3. 6.2l aluminum block has had issues and I owned one in the past.

After some due dilegence, the 0-60 times came back like this
Mustang 4.6 seconds
Camaro 5.0 seconds
Challenger 5.3 seconds
Certainly not as fast as the two others but I wouldn't call it a pig
I haven't found anything with low enough miles, but I may look at the new hard top now.
