Hey guys,

I'm prob picking up a 2nd vehicle within the next month. My question is how do i go about doing this. I've never bought a used car from somebody.

I live in Ny, car is from Jersey


1) What forms do i need to fill out, or get from him?
2) How do i go about getting another set of new plates for me
3) What about tax, i heard there is some kind of tax form from the state, where i can just get him to leave the price blank and i can put down a bogus number instead?
