Buying a Used Car

Anyone ever use one of the gov/bank repossesion sites to buy a car? I just recently found one of the sites (can't remember address at moment) that has online auctions for seized vehicles for what they advertise at ridiculously low selling prices. Anyone confirm or comment the reliability of that info?

Thanks.

I looked at buying a Mercedes that was a theft recovered vehicle. Great deal, indeed, but it can be difficult to get financed if you are not paying cash for it, and insurance will be higher. Also, be sure the car comes with a clean title...

I passed on the Mercedes, but best of luck to you...
