Congrats on the car man.

Not a fan of the color but otherwise it's one hot car. Make sure to get some spinners.

Mixed feelings...

That kind of coin, I would have bought something else.

But, if you like it...

Good luck with it.

Thanks Scrib, there were some options, but the over-all size and look of the car were the deciding factor. The other options were an Accord, TSX, and the CR-V.

300C are pimp... i would buy one ... someday.

I personally would go with white (looks more luxurious) but color selection is based on persnal taste.

I would have gone with the white, however it was a creamy off white, and I prefer a BRIGHT white, like on the S2000.

It's a nice car, Nice color. That car looks best in that color, white, & the really sparkle blue they have. I would have gotten the C with the Hemi. However it's a first year car so it's against my car buying rules.

Well, I've stopped giving a damn what people are saying. I know what's going on, and I'm the only one that needs to

BUT, to clear up any doubts, it is MY car to use whenever I wish.

I saw the 5.7L version in that same color yesterday coming back from the supermarket. That's a great color... really contrasts well with the chrome. Very sharp.

They just added the DaimlerChrysler Affiliate Rewards program to our discounts here at work. 1% below factory invoice on elligible vehicles (MB, Dodge Viper & Sprinter inelligible)... very tempting. I've seriously considered getting a loaded 300C and trading in the CLS, but unfortunately that would extend out car payments for several more years, and I want to have a little time off from the monthly payments and be able to pay down the mortgage a little.

Yeah, this color was the only color I really liked, you see silver, black, and white everywhere, and the rest of the colors I couldn't see myself waking up to for five years. It was also the only color with a $150 surcharge to get

If you ever do decide to trade in, see if you can hold off until the SRT-8 version comes out, 6.1L V8 400+ horsepower. I didn't need all that, so I didn't wait.

But my family is the type if you need a car just grab a set of keys. No one has a designated car.

hhahahaha, so thats how you justify calling it yours.

i cant beleive anyones family is like that...

"sure son, you take the brand new car I just bought and ill drive your piece of shit today, that sounds great!"

my kids will NEVER drive my car if i have something nice at that stage of my life. driving a car is a privledge, not a right, and its also not the right of some punk high schooler to drive their parents cars that they pay good money for and actually WORK for. you want to call a car your own? get a job and pay for it yourself. it may not be anything fancy, but at least it'll be your own.

Well, none of the cars are pieces of shit, and that's how it is. Sorry if your redneck mentality can't comprehend that.

Yep. Anyone can drive my car whenever they want.

If I need to haul stuff, I take the truck, need to look awesome, drive the CL, need to carry a lot of people, take the 300. It's not a hard system to comprehend.

We have to have a reason to buy the car. It has to serve a purpose. That's the whole point.

Then it isnt your car. I can go grab my parents keys whenever I want, no questions asked. I am borrowing there cars though, since they arent mine. Hell I can run over to some of my good friends houses and use there cars whenever I want. By your logic, I own a Maxima, A8L, CTSV, Z06, and Lexus RX330

My family was the same way when I lived at home. I picked up the keys to whatever I felt like driving that day. Nobody ever really wanted to drive my 97 Mustang GT but me so I called it mine. Plus it was the one I was making payments on.

My choices where not quite as nice as Minch's though.

The title of this thread is confusing...Who actually paid for it? Also why would you put 22" rims on the "family" car that is community property?
