I agree, although you could also throw the G37, along with the S4, into the mix.

Of course, you are paying for name as well, but you get something with that name, some of the best driving cars on the road.

I know it sounds corny, I just get a huge grin on my face every time I floor my 335 around a nice curvy road.
I love 335s other than the interior is seriously lacking. The dash is VERY basic and im still stuck on leather being a $1450 option. I just dont see the comfort or luxury out of this line of bimmers. The exterior styling is sick and the power and responsiveness is amazing. Is it worth 40-45k or more- i dont think so but then again I dont own one and probably never would unless it was a bitchin deal.

You could have been in the latest BMW ad.

I'm waiting for that 'grin' myself -- ordered a 535i w/ M Sport back in July and hope to have it around the end of September.

Monaco Blue. Stock right now, I just got her in May. I might do some tuning in a few months.

I like the interior for that very reason. It's minimal and I think it's done like that on purpose. They always go back that the focus is on the drive, not fancy interiors. The seats are comfortable as hell and hold you tightly. It has all the tech I could ask for in a car. It's simple and elegant. Again, corny, but I see it like a nice business suit. Not flashy or complicated, but classy and purposeful.

I guess you either love it or hate, I love it.

Right, they are close competitors and you can make arguments either way for all those car. The 135 is about 10K less than the S4 though at a base price (no AWD model). I figure a well loaded 135 to be around 40 and a well loaded S4 to be around 50. G37 is very close, as well, but from what I've read, and I've driven both, the 135 will outperform it every time, in basically every category.

I like that ad

Congrats on the order. Post some pics when you get it. The N54 is an amazing engine. I've had no fuel pump issues so far, but you gotta be ready for it. It's covered for 120K miles and 10 years and from what I've read it's a same day job at a dealer.
